Outfits must be kept away from harsh chemicals, sprays, perfumes and deodorants.
Use of only Steam Iron – preferably done professionally – is recommended.
Merchandise should be stored in clean, dry and protected wardrobes or closet spaces.
Heavy, structured garments like Bridal Lehengas and Gowns should be stored on wide, stable hangers.
Silk sarees should be stored - folded and stacked – wrapped in clean, white, unbleached cotton/ muslin.
Garments, if stained, must be given out for professional stain removal.
Hand-made, hand block printed, hand-woven or hand embroidered outfits are liable to have discrepancies – which make a piece unique
Ensure giving out the exact Delivery Address when Ordering, as this cannot be changed later.
Variable Shipping and Dispatch Times may apply on various product lines.
Shipping to remote locations may take slightly longer than usual, or may be denied.
Stitched Merchandise CANNOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
The entire Return & Exchange process shall be initiated by the customer only, If the customer is not satisfied with the product. Within two days of delivery of product, the customer will have to bear the shipping charge while sending the product back to the company address.
In case of a Return or Exchange the shipping charges will be solely borne by the customer.
If the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall exchange the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 2-5 working days depends on availability.
In case the product is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be notified immediately after he or she has made the payment. In case of an issue, the executive will get in touch with the customer.
Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
Guidelines for a VALID return:
• The product, if any, should be in its original condition. • Tags should be retained and returned. • The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged; • NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Discounted PRODUCTS or PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS. • Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return. • Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Tamaraa Global. • No return/exchange will be done for customized, stitched, and altered products.
