Payment terms: 30% to block the date. 2nd payment being 30% 4 weeks before event and 40% on or before event. Deposit paid are not refundable or transferable. (Dates blocked especially for you and we don't take any other orders on the particular date. So, it will be a loss for us if orders are cancelled).

Travel charges: A fee will be charged for locations outside Klang Valley. All costs for travel such as petrol, toll, meals and hotel will be borne by the client.

We will always check verbally if client is happy for the make-up artist to post a photo on the wedding day onto social media platforms. We will never post original colored photo before the event has started to avoid spoiling any surprised for guests of the event.

We will be meeting client before the event (2-3 weeks before) for selection of accessories, discussion on how you want the overall look to be.
